Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.

Maintain good relationships with customers.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team.

Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma / Relevant Qualification.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Previous experience in customer service or call handling is an added advantage.
