Why are my ads still pending or disapproved?

There are a few common reasons your ad might not be approved right away:

  1. 1. Your ad doesn’t meet our approval requirements.
  2. 2. You’ve posted too many ads in a short time.
  3. 3. Your description contains contact info like websites, phone numbers, email, or social links.
  4. 4. Your ad is too similar to another one you’ve posted.
  5. 5. Some required information like phone number, email, or website is missing.

Why can’t I find my previously approved ad in my account?

Your ad may no longer be visible because:

  • 1. It has expired. Ads are automatically deleted 30 days after expiration.
  • 2. We send a reminder one day before the ad expires. You have 30 days after expiration to renew.
  • 3. Your ad may have been removed due to updates in our approval policy.

My ad was approved before, but now it’s pending again after I updated it. Why?

When you update your ad, it goes through a review process again. If it’s not approved within 24-48 hours, email us from your registered account with your ad URL at [email protected], and we’ll review it manually.

What should I include in my ad description?

Include relevant information about your product or service. Avoid adding misleading, irrelevant, or unnecessary details, as these can prevent your ad from being approved.

What type of title is acceptable?

Your ad title should clearly describe the product or service you are offering. Titles that don’t match your content will not be approved.

How many ads can I post in a day?

We allow 1-3 ads per content type per day. This ensures quality listings and fair usage for all users.

What does “Views” mean under each ad in "My Account"?

“Views” counts the number of unique visitors who have seen your ad. Only active ads show view counts. Pending, expired, or disapproved ads do not.

View counts are updated every 48-72 hours.

What are Lifetime Validity Free Ads?

These are free ads that remain active for 15-30 years. You will never need to renew them, and they won’t expire every 30 days like regular free ads.

How do I upgrade my free ad to a Premium Ad?

  1. Publish your ad and get approval from our admin team.
  2. Contact us via [email protected] with your ad URL and preferred Premium Ad Plan.
  3. Once approved, make the payment to upgrade your ad to premium.
