We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and ensure timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Maintain the general ledger, journals, and subsidiary accounts.
Prepare and post journal entries accurately.
Reconcile bank statements, cash, and ledger accounts.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and expenses.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Generate customer invoices and monitor collections.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations.
