Job Description
Globesynth Pharma Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting
operations and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical research environment.
Role & Responsibilities
* Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records
* Perform party account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
* Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and related compliance
* Manage TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
(Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
* Manage accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking
* Monitor and control company expenses and support budgeting activities
* Assist in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
* Support internal and external audits with required documentation
* Handle payroll processing, including wages, deductions, and disbursements
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies
Education
UG: Any Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
PG: Any Postgraduate (Commerce background preferred)
Professional: / / CA (Inter)
Languages Known:
Tamil: Read, Write & Speak ; English: Read, Write & Excellent
Communication Skills ; Hindi: Speak
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Key Skills (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of GST & TDS
Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience in data entry and accounting documentation
Understanding of pharma / commercial accounting preferred
High level of accuracy, compliance mindset, and timely reporting
